Gwen Wileman Consulting Limited is a forward thinking HR and Executive Coaching Consultancy primarily supporting the Higher Education sector.

Particular areas of expertise include HR Professional development, HR Strategy and Change Management, Executive Coaching and Leadership Developent.

I have a wide portfolio of clients and over 30 years experience as a successful and well respected  HR Director in three very different  organisations.  I bring a practical, fresh and impartial approach to your people issues drawing on the depth and breadth of my varied experience and   professional  skills to help you and your business succeed.

I am well qualified academically and professionally.  I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and my formal qualifications include BA Hons,  MA (Law and the Employment Relationship) and  Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching.  In 2005 I was awarded a Leadership Fellowship by the Leaderhip Foundation for Higher Education. 

I am also a regular conference contributor and author.

I collaborate with a small group of associates with HE experience and strong track records who can provide both additional capacity and a wider range of skills if required for particular assignments.
